Returns Policy

Sexy Trend accepts returns on items within 10 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received them). Some exclusions and restrictions apply, see below.

Items must be in the condition you received them in; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If you wear them, go on a bender, and destroy them we will be able to tell, and we will not take them back. 

To make a return, fill out our return form and include it with the package you send back.

As soon as we receive your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your store credit info. Processing returns can take up to 10 days so please be patient.

Important things to remember:

• You have up to 10 days to send your return. Unfortunately we can’t issue store credit if your return arrives at our warehouse more than 20 days after you received your order.
• Items must be in original condition which means unworn, unwashed and un-chewed with original tags & packaging. Swimwear/bodysuits must have original lining intact.
• Intimates and cosmetics are final sale and can not be returned, cuz that’s just gross.
• You are responsible for shipping fees. Sexy Trend does not provide a return label - you are responsible for return shipping. We also don’t refund shipping fees, 'cause we're not a bank.
• Processing returns takes up to 7 days after our warehouse receives your return, so please be patient.
• Store credit will be share to you at your email id automatically for qualifying returns. You’ll receive an email that your return has been processed.
