* How do I return an item?
You are more than welcome to return anything within 10 days of receiving your order.
The last thing we want is for anyone to end up with items that can't use and we're totally against wasting stuff. This being said however, there's certain health and sanitation guidelines we follow as a business so we cannot accept returns on lingerie, swimwear/bikinis, jewelry, and hair accessories.

*Can I make a change to my order?
Most of the time we place, process, and package your order ASAP to make sure we cut down on shipping time.

*Can I cancel my order?
Not if it's already being processed. Once a mail carrier has your package in-transit, we can't cancel orders but we promise to do whatever we can to try.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process.Please note that there is a 4.95$ cancellation fee for system transactions. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.
